Our LY series filler monobloc combines bottle rinsing, filling and capping three in one. All the processes are done in enclosed environment for hygienic production.

The rinsing part integrates both internal bottle rinsing and external bottle cleaning. The standard rinsing process includes rinsing with disinfectant, product water and dripping. Both mechanical & volumetric filling valves available for options. Capping turret completes with variable torque control, which is especially designed for big closures.
